Most firms in this business sell complexity. The thicker the structure, the bigger the invoice. We took the opposite view. A good structure is the simplest one that does the job, holds up in front of a regulator, and still makes sense to your children in twenty years.
So the first call is not a pitch. We ask where your assets sit, where you pay tax, what keeps you up at night. Then we draw. Sometimes the answer is a three-jurisdiction holding. Sometimes it is one Delaware LLC and a strong word of caution. You get the honest version either way.
Execution stays in house through our own network of agents, banks and counsel. And we stay in the room afterwards, because a structure left alone for five years is a structure that has quietly gone wrong.
